Dallas Ford has become one of the Midwest's premier recruiters in the markets he serves.  His level of professionalism, tenacity, performance and customer understanding has resulted in outstanding service and the respect of employers and candidates alike.

Dallas partnered with Dave E. Anderson to establish Alpha Scouts management recruiters specializing in the recruiting and placement of professionals in high growth companies.  Prior to co-founding Alpha Scouts, Dallas led the sales and marketing practice for a boutique Midwest firm which has placed over 600 professionals in the marketplace over the past two decades. Dallas trained under the firm's founder, a 27 year veteran in recruiting, former vice president at a Fortune 100 level company, and member of the Pinnacle Society, an organization of the 60 top recruiters in the United States.

Dallas recognizes the critical role and the most effective process to place the right candidates in the right positions.  Furthermore, Dallas and his customers recognize the role that a highly professional management recruiter plays in a client's business. 

An upcoming acute shortage of highly-qualified professional talent indicates a major need for an effective placement service over the next decade.  The progressing scarcity of white-collar professionals as baby-boomers retire over the next several years will continue to make working with Dallas and Alpha Scouts even more critical in the weeks, months and years ahead. 

In addition to his skills as executive recruiter, Dallas understands what it's like to be a client, manage major accounts and successfully deliver a business sales plan.  Dallas has worked extensively in both sales and marketing positions at the Fortune 50 level, including positions at Caterpillar, Cargill and Mutual of Omaha.  Dallas received his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
